I have never really liked the smell of cologne. That is until I found Black Orchid from Tom Ford. I have been wearing this scent since the day it was launched about 4 years ago or so. It was first sold as a perfume but quickly turned into a very popular unisex fragrance. I was told the other day that Black Orchid was one of Michael Jackson’s favorite fragrance’s. Some people have even described its scent as being similar to that of rotting flowers and or fruit.
Tom Ford Black Orchid with its rich dark accords and alluring potion of black orchids and spice is new and timeless.
Sensuous top notes of Black Truffle and Ylang mingled with fresh Bergamot and delectable Black Currant.
Dramatic middle notes of dark, tempting Florals and rich Fruit Accords. The heart is deepened with the intoxicating Lotus Wood.
Decadent base notes of Patchouli, Incense and Vetiver. Vanilla Tears add a fluid creaminess to warm Balsam and smooth Sandalwood.
Another one of my favorite scents from Tom Ford is Tabacco Vanille from the Private Collection. I can not even describe how amazing this scent is, it needs to be experienced first hand.
